Cute bar- love the theme. Feels like it’d be a little more fun in the summer. I had the Gorilla Milk cocktail which had a gross name lol but was quite yummy. There’s a photo booth inside which is nice too.

This place was just opposite our hotel so we decided to check it out. Such a chill atmosphere and good cocktails. It was one of our favorite spots in Oakland. Be sure to use the photo booth and be prepared for real sand on the floor! :D

If you're looking for a fun and unique cocktail lounge to hang out at in Oakland, look no further. I've gone to sandbar several times and love it. From the beach vibe created by the decor and sand on the floor as you enter, the lighting, and the drink/cocktail options available. This place is great if you're looking for somewhere low key, to catch up with friends and potentially watch a game or two during the afternoon. It also gets busier later in the evening as party goers come out to take the night. I typically grab a rum punch or dark & stormy, but they've got plenty of alcohol, so pick what speaks to you. What a lovely place! Sand on the ground. Drinks are reasonable $12-$15 each. Saturday night around 6pm and no crowd and quiet environment. There’s a Photo Booth!

Just came to this Gem last night and we had SUCH an amazing time! The drinks were 🔥 🔥🔥 Cristine is a true mixologist and totally set the vibe 👌🏼They have cute games you can play like connect 4, card games, Jenga, and a cute Photo Booth. The vibes were everything! The music was a perfect Blend playing reggae, 90’s, and even some bad bunny💃🏼 awesome spot to go to for date night 👌🏼🔥 will definitely be back! You are awesome Cristine!!!
